If such deposition can be accomplished, it would have a variety of practical applications in both mechanical and electronic industries. We are thus proposing a new method for electrochemical deposition of titanium oxide on alumina substrate in LiF-KF with the addition of TiO_2 and metal titanium. Titanium oxide deposition grew from the three-phase interface of nickel wire, molten salt and alumina substrate in a radial pattern. These results provide new insight into the growth process of titanium oxide crystals and possibly a new comprehensive plating procedure for titanium oxide on insulator
