Based on the case studies, it is examined how the knowledge would be shared and heterogeneity and diversity be influenced, which are elements of social innovation. In addition, it is investigated whether the collaboration network is disseminated. As a result, it was found that the Creative Reconstruction means to promote citizens autonomy to recover the resilience of community. Backed by the local culture and rich nature, the development of cultural diversity in the local area accepts
