 note = {本稿は，東日本大震災の復興に際して，住民主体による協働に焦点をあて，地域に起きる変化を考察するものである。イノベーションの要素である異質性と多様性をもった知の共同作業や協働によるネットワークが生じているのかを事例に基づき検証した。その結果，創造的復興とは，住民自らの未来を共創する地域コミュニティの創造であり，そこに協働のネットワークが広がっていくことがわかった。その根底にはふるさと文化や自然の恵みがあり，文化の多様性が育まれていくことで異質性を受容することがわかった。, This paper focuses on the cross sector collaboration lead by citizens at the field of the Great East Japan Earthquake, and considers the transformation that occured in the region. Based on the case studies, it is examined how the knowledge would be shared and heterogeneity and diversity be influenced, which are elements of social innovation. In addition, it is investigated whether the collaboration network is disseminated. As a result, it was found that the Creative Reconstruction means to promote citizens autonomy to recover the resilience of community.
