Many medical areas suffer from an uneven distribution of doctors and medical institutions. The uneven distribution of medical doctors and medical institutions causes emergency patients to take longer to be transported to the hospital, raising the risk that a life that could be saved cannot be saved. In this paper, we use GIS to make clear this present situation and suggest the necessary
