| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，中間的就労の概念を理論と実践の両側面から検討し，中間的就労の概念特性とその定義について明らかにすることである。まず初めに先行研究や参考資料から，理論的な概念特性を明らかにした。その後，中間的就労による就労支援の経験がある支援者の方を対象としたインタビュー調査を実施した。インタビュー調査で得られたデータをKJ法AB型によって分析し，実践現場からの中間的就労の概念特性とその定義を明らかにし，中間的就労の概念の検討を行った。その結果，中間的就労の概念には〈支援の個別性〉〈支援の継続性〉〈仕事（プログラム)の多様性〉〈地域貢献性〉〈関係性〉という5つの概念特性があることが示された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study aims to consider the concept for intermediate employment by the theoretical consideration from previous studies and the narrative of worker who are practicing intermediate employment. The first, I considered the concept for intermediate employment through previous studies. Next, I conducted interview survey for worker who are practicing intermediate employment. Data from the survey was analyzed by KJ model. As a result of analysis, there are five conceptual characteristics. Five conceptual characteristics are "Individualization of support", "Continuity of support", "Diversity of employment support programs", "Contribution to the community", "Relationship". |
