 note = {本論文は林歌子(1864～1946)研究の一環として、彼女と大阪婦人ホームとの関係、とりわけ彼女の実践と思想について論じた。林は博愛社という社会福祉施設に奉仕しながら、1899年からキリスト教婦人矯風会大阪支部を立ち上げ矯風事業に携わり、1907年5月に大阪婦人ホームを創設する。この施設は、職業紹介事業からスタートしたが、次第に女性たちの生活問題全般を支援していく施設となっていった。林歌子の生涯にとって重要な事業であった大阪婦人ホームの創設から経営、変遷を、多くの史料を利用しながら戦前を中心にして考察するものである。, This paper discusses Utako Hayashi's relationship with the Osaka Women's Home, especially her practices and ideas, as a part of a study on her life (1864-1946). While serving at the social welfare facility called Hakuaisha, Hayashi was involved in establishing the Japan Christian Women's Association Osaka Branch in 1899 and then created the Osaka Women's Home in May 1907. This facility started with a employment placement program, but gradually it provided support for women's livelihood problems overall. This study uses many historical documents prior to World War II and examines the establishment, management, and transition of the Osaka Women's Home, which was an important service in the life of Utako Hayashi., 研究ノート(Note), application/pdf},
