| 内容記述 | 90年代の不登校の増加は、子どもの心理発達の調整局面というより、子育て世帯に広がる生活困窮の広がりが強く作用した結果である。確かに、子どもの貧困率は2015年に改善が見られたものの、むしろ、母子世帯において格差が広がり、所得低位層に援助拒否が見られる。2009年より始まる訪問型家庭教育支援は、地域の人が親との雑談を大切にした支援を行ない、親の自己肯定感の回復につながり、不登校の子どもに就学意欲の改善が見られた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The increase in truant children in the 90's is a result of the poverty that spread to child-raising households rather than the adjustment phase of children's psychological development. Actually, the child poverty rate slightly dropped in 2015, and yet, income disparity between mother-child households has widened. Although school attempted to cope with this problem by enchancing its educational counseling system, parents in low-income groups tended to reject it. Home-visiting support began in 2009. This support was characterized not by the assistance of experts but by discussion with local people, which contributed to helping single parents regain their self-confidence and consequnetly motivate their truant children to go back school. | |||||
