For example, we consider the utilization of researchers and engineers that have experienced overseas R&D activities and corporate strategic initiatives concerning the construction of information gathering networks in overseas bases. \nThe main findings are as follows. Information transfer from overseas bases contributes to an increase in corporate achievements. Additionally, the appropriate utilization of overseas experience has a synergistic effect that increases the contribution of information
