These estimates reveal that: 1. there could be some synergetic effect between these two factors, as well as a spill-over effect that transcends the bounds of sporting events, 2. the sporting career of a particular athlete can, in a utilitarian manner, help bolster sport-spectator demand, 3. the entertainment, aesthetics, and diversion dimensions of sport could comprise an index of the social and psychological factor of sport-spectator demand, and 4. each experiential value vis-à-vis a particular sport might not have the same appeal or experiential value as other sports in creating demand, because the value of each spectator sport develops in a unique
