| 内容記述 | 精神科ソーシャルワーク実践の現場では，クライエントの抱えるスピリチュアリティへの配慮が求められる。本稿では，先行研究を紐解き，スピリチュアリティを取り巻く全体的状況を把握し，社会福祉学の歴史的変遷を概観することで，ソーシャルワーク実践がスピリチュアリティに基礎付けられていることを明らかにした。特に精神科ソーシャルワーク実践では，筆者が実際に関わった事例のように，特有な仕方での配慮が必要である。その際，ソーシャルワーカーには，自らの弱さや感受性の自覚が求められる。それによって，クライエントも私も同じ自他不二の存在であると気づくとともに，スピリチュアリティに配慮した実践が可能となるのである。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In the field of psychiatric social work practice, social workers themselves are required to be aware of the spirituality as well as the spirituality of the client. In this paper, we clarified that social work practice is fundamentally based on spirituality by dissecting previous studies, understanding the overall situation of spirituality, and overviewing the historical changes in social welfare. Especially in psychiatric social work practice, social workers are required to pay attention to the spirituality of the client in a unique way, as in the case where the author was involved. In this way, social workers who interact with the client are aware of their own weaknesses and sensitiveness, and can recognize the spirituality of the client by realizing that the client and I are different person but yet inseparable. | |||||
