As a result of tensile tests, specimens annealed at 473, 573 K for 30 minutes and 2 hours exhibited higher strength than did the as-deposited specimens. The specimens annealed at 573 K showed the higher ductility compared with the as-deposited specimens in contrast that the specimens annealed at 473 K showed the lower ductility. The improvement of strength is attributed to grain boundary relaxation strengthening by heat treatment. TEM observation revealed that the specimens annealed at 573 K contained some relatively coarse-grains (> 50 nm). It is suggested that the coarse-grains prevent crack propagation, leading to the improvement of the
