| 内容記述 | 台湾は2014年8月から正式に「十二年国民基本教育」を実施した。「十二年国民基本教育課程綱要総綱」による「言語」学習領域において，初めて「新住民言語」が取り入れられた。「新住民言語」というのは，ベトナム語，インドネシア語，タイ語，ミャンマー語，カンボジア語，マレーシア語，フィリピン語，という七ヵ国の言語である。本論文は，2019年度から実施する「新住民言語」カリキュラムに焦点を当て，台湾政府が定めた「新住民言語」に関する教育を理解することを目的とする。「新住民言語」の教育理念から，教育目標，開講準備，児童の学習目標などの規定やプロセスを明らかにする。また，「新住民言語」カリキュラムの教育上の位置づけを考察していく。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The compulsory education in Taiwan was formally extended from 9 years to 12 years in August 2014. In the 12-year Basic Education Curriculum Guidelines the learning areas were also expended from 7 to 8 areas. For the first time the Native Languages of New Immigrants course was formally included in the Language Arts area of the compulsory education system. The socalled Native Languages of New Immigrants refer to the following 7 languages −− Vietnamese, Buhasa Indonesia, Thai language, Burmese, Cambodian, Filipino, and Malaysian. They are now part of the National and Indigenous Languages course, a required elective subject in elementary schools, while an elective subject in middle schools and high schools. This study is focused on the Native Languages of New Immigrants curriculum implemented in 2019. The purpose of the study is to understand the basic concepts behind the Native Languages of New Immigrants curriculum, the curriculum objectives, time allocation, the preparation conducted by schools, and so on. Buhasa Indonesia was used as an example to illustrate the learning points and the learning objectives in detail. Finally, the study also observes on the positioning of the Native Languages of New Immigrants curriculum in Taiwan education system. | |||||
