| 内容記述 | Using religous prints (ofuda and miei) from the collection of artist Tsuruya Kōkei (b. 1946), as well as similar works in other domestic and international collections, this article introduces key characteristics of the print medium that directly relate to the sacrality of these objects. I discuss the subject matter and the physical aspects of the prints in order understand ways in which they fit into certain lineages of religious belief and image production. | |||||
