Experienced teachers should thus communicate the appeal of being a teacher to students interested in teaching. Issues such as "bullying" and "absenteeism", however, have made proper student guidance more difficult in recent years. The Guidance and Counselling is to promote the development of self-teaching ability for each student. All teachers are required to have the ability to develop self-teaching ability skills.
