| 内容記述 | 専門職の思考は，経験を積めば積むほど自動化され，手順や基準や判断の根拠が意識されにくくなる。そばに先輩や上司がいない状況下において，その場で何とか対処してきた時，後で何がどうおこったのかを職場に戻って報告しようとすると，それが意外と難しいのは，どの専門職にも共通することである。実践する時ほとんど無意識のうちに頭の中で行っている実践行為の理由づけを臨床推論(clinical reasoning)といい，医学教育や看護学教育には近年採用されている。ソーシャルワーカーにおいても，近年「クリティカル・シンキング」に着目し，思考のプロセスと実践行為のつながりに意識が向けられるようになっている。本研究では，ビネットの特徴を活かし，ソーシャルワーカーの思考のプロセスを言語化する地域福祉実践における一つの学習法の枠組みを提示することを目的とする。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Professional thinking becomes more automated as you gain experience, making it less likely to be aware of procedures, standards, and grounds for judgment. It is common to all professions that it is surprisingly difficult to explain to students, trainees, newcomers, and juniors. The reasoning of practical actions that are performed almost unconsciously is called clinical reasoning, which has been adopted in recent years for medical education and nursing education. Even in the case of social workers, for example, in recent years, the reasoning and grounds for practicing actions have been required as "application of critical thinking". The purpose of this study is to present a framework of learning method in community-based welfare practice that makes use of the characteristics of vignettes and focuses on the thinking process of social workers. | |||||||||||
