| 内容記述 | Joel S.Badenは従来とは別様の資料分析を試みた。神名をはじめとした用語やヘブライ語の文体にはとらわれない、物語の連続性や一貫性のみに特化した研究である。彼は特定の聖書箇所について二つないし三つの資料が結合したと結論し、最終的に四資料の存在を指し示した。Badenの見解は幾分問題をはらんではいるものの、文書仮説再考のための糸口を見出したと言える。聖書の成立は決して一律ではないだろう。故に、伝承史的研究と文書仮説は両立し得る、また様々な方法論やアプローチが併存し得る、といった柔軟な思考が五書研究には不可欠であり、本研究で論じるBadenのアプローチは、五書研究における新たな道筋を提示している。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Joel S. Baden suggested a reconsideration of the source division. His research offers continuities and consistencies of the narrative, but ignores terms related to the divine names and the style of the Hebrew language. According to him two or three sources were combined by one compiler based on written documents. It seems that Baden found a way for renewing the documentary hypothesis though his interpretation is not without difficulties. The development of the Hebrew Bible is probably complicated. Thus, the study of the Pentateuch needs flexible thinking, Baden’s suggestion to be presented in this article can offer a new approach for discussing the literary composition of the Pentateuch. | |||||
