| 内容記述 | 本稿は、在日朝鮮人に対する酒造規制が、1939年から1943年にかけて警察および「協和会」を通じてどのようにはかられたのか、『東亜新聞』を中心に検討する。1939年以降、食糧取引をめぐる合法／不法（ヤミ）の境界は、植民地米の枯渇や国家総動員体制とも関連する変遷をたどった。さらに、人種的・文化的に異なる人びとに対して生活様式の改変を迫った。日本在住朝鮮人は、衣食住における朝鮮文化が否定されたが、とりわけ濁酒は労働を怠り、喧嘩や賭博をもたらし「悪へ誘導」するという理由で根絶すべきだと説かれた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper examines how the brewing restrictions on Koreans in Japan were undertaken through the police and the "Kyowakai" from 1939 to 1943, established from an analysis of "Toa Shimbun". Since 1939, the legal / illegal (yami) boundary over food management was in line with the transition resulting from the depletion of colonial rice and the total war system. In addition, the Japanese government pressured people of racially and culturally different lifestyles to change to Japanese lifestyle. Koreans in Japan were restricted on their use of Korean culture with regards to clothing, food and in the home. In particular, it was specified that the illegal liquor (included Korean Makkolli and Sake) should be prohibited on the grounds that it would promote antisocial behavior such as laziness, violence or gambling. | |||||
