| 内容記述 | 本稿は，労働者の仕事に対する満足度と産業の関係について論じるものである。これまで，仕事満足度についての計量的な研究では，産業というカテゴリーがあまり用いられてこなかった。しかし，産業も職業や雇用形態と同じく労働者の属性の1つであると考えられるため，本稿では職業や職務の特性を考慮しつつ，産業の効果について検討する。分析の結果，産業の違いよって労働者の仕事満足度に差異がみられ，これは他の変数とは独立した効果であることが示された。また，産業を職業などの枠組みとしてマクロに捉えた場合，直接的な効果を持つことが確認された。さらに，この効果は性別によって異なる傾向であった。これらの結果は，労働者の主観的な世界と産業が深く結びついていることを意味している。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study discusses the relationship between the job satisfaction of workers and their respective industries. So far, Quantitative research on job satisfaction has not paid much attention to industries. However, in addition to occupation and employment forms, industries are considered to be one of the attributes of workers. Therefore, in this study, I considered the effect of industry on workers' job satisfaction into consideration the job characteristics and occupation. The results of the analysis reveal that the degree of job satisfaction of worker differs according to industry. It became clear that this is an effect independent of other variables. Also, when dealing with industry as a framework, such as occupation, the industry itself had an impact on job satisfaction. Furthermore, the effect tended to differ by gender. This result implies that workers and their respective industries are strongly connected. | |||||||||||
