The findings focus on three points : 1) the value and results of obtaining a degree from a mixed discipline program 2) coursework and management of teaching 3) challenges in maintaining and continuing the program. These three points are important to establish the fusion of different fields in the university from the long-term perspective. In interdisciplinary education, the boundaries between specialized fields are overcome by collaboration between diverse fields, allowing the students and teachers to broaden their knowledge and understanding of many problem solving methodologies. It is important for both faculty and students to understand that the program structure should be balanced and not favoring one discipline over others. Additionally, the program structure should address challenges equally amongst faculty and students. For further study, we aim to research overcoming the challenges in mixed discipline education and an ideal program structure to improve educational cooperation and outcomes for both faculty and
