| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，児童養護施設職員のライフストーリーについての語りから，職員の子どもへの共感が援助観の形成にどのような影響を与えるかを明らかにすることである。職員のライフストーリーからみる施設職員につながる動機，子どもへの共感がもたらす職員の満足感，共感がもたらす援助観のゆらぎ，そのゆらぎを支えたものについて分析した結果，職員が共感することの満足感を求めるエネルギーを活用すること，子どもへの共感について職員が抱える葛藤に積極的な意味を与えることが援助観の形成に影響を与えることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify what kind of affect care worker's compassion for children on the formation of the helping view from the interview about the life stories of care worker of the children's home. 1) Motives leading to children's care worker seen from the lifestyle of them, 2) Satisfaction of care workers brought by children, 3) Fluctuations brought by compassion, 4) Support factor the deepening of relationships from fluctuations brought by compassion. As a result of these analysis, it was suggested that the use of the energy for the compassion satisfaction of care workers, and the positive meaning to the conflict about the compassion for children affect the formation of the helping view. | |||||
