| 内容記述 | 公的職業訓練のうち求職者支援訓練・基礎コースにおいて「大人のキャリア教育」が行われていることから、受講者167名のデータを正社員歴5年以上と5年未満の者に分けて分析した。その結果、双方にキャリア教育の効果は認められたものの、前者では雇用可能性がより低い若年者や職歴ブランクが長い人のほうが、訓練受講後のキャリア意識が良い方向に変化していた。個別カウンセリングによる支援もまた、相対的に個別性の高い正社員歴5年以上の者においてのみ有意な結果が得られた。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to examine the meaning and effect of adult career education on individuals. To that end, data of 167 participants in a basic course on job seeker support training, as part of a public vocational training course in which classes similar to adult career education are conducted, were analyzed. The results revealed the following. A large number of participants in the basic course on job seeker support training were female or young people who lacked working experience. Participants were classified based on their years of work experience: five years or more work experience as full-time employees and less than five years of experience. The effect of career education was observed in both groups. However, among those with five years or more work experience as full-time employees, young people with lower employability and individuals who were unemployed for a long period showed better awareness toward a job search after participating in the training. This disparity in change of awareness toward a job search was caused because of the various situations faced by those with five or more years of work experience as full-time employees. Furthermore, individual career counseling yielded significant effects only for participants with five years or more work experience as full-time employees and whose experiences were comparatively more varied than others. | |||||||||||||
