 note = {近年ローカルフードシステムは大規模・大量化の傾向にある。アメリカでは、地域食材に特化して集荷・配送するローカルフードハブ（LFH）が台頭し、流通の幅が広がっている。ローカルフードの概念には、距離的空間的な近接性に止まらない意味が付加されているが、LFHはファーマーズマーケットやCSA（地域支援型農業）によって認知されてきた地域食材の価値を維持できるのか。本稿では４つのLFHの事例をもとに、その課題と意義を考察する。, The scale and quantity of Local Food System is becoming larger in recent years. In the U.S., Local Food Hubs (LFH) that collect and distribute local food are emerging especially past two decades, and are encouraging local food distribution system. It is wondered LFH can maintain its value of "LOCAL" spread by such as Farmers Market and CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). The concept of local food is not meaning food only coming from small area or short distance.
