In additon, labor unions probably have great influence on determing the level of public sector wages, there are very few researches focus on the relationship of labor union to public sector wages except for Ishida(2015). This research makes an empirical analysis to investigate the determinants of teacher's wages in local public sector using Japanese prefectural panel data.
