 note = {地方公務員給与の規定要因を検証した国内の実証分析として、太田(2013)、石田(2015)一瀬(2017)等があるが、対象職種が一般行政職あるいは警察職であり、教員は対象に含まれていない。加えて、給与水準に労働組合が与える影響は小さくないと考えられるが、石田(2015)を除いて、給与と組合との関わりに焦点を当てた研究は乏しい。本研究では、公立学校の教員給与の規定要因について実証分析する。特に、都道府県毎に異なる組合活動に焦点を当て、それが給与水準に影響を与えているか否かを、都道府県パネルデータをもとに検証する。, There are several empirical researches to examine the determinants of  local public sector wages such as Ota(2013), Ishida(2015) and Ichinose(2017), these reseaches only focus on the wages of general officers and policemen in local governments. In additon,  labor unions probably have great influence on determing the level of public sector wages, there are very few researches focus on the relationship of  labor union to public sector wages except for Ishida(2015).  This research makes an empirical analysis to investigate the determinants of teacher's wages in local public sector  using Japanese prefectural panel data.
