Moreover, the predicted and actual values of the pension at the time of reform were compared. As a result, we clarified that the pension benefit level was greatly suppressed by the 1985 reform. However, from the latter half of the 1990s, staff reductions were made at agricultural cooperatives, but they were not included in fiscal recalculations in 1994. In addition, traditional Agriculture and Forestry Pensions are relatively free asset management arrangements, which compared to the welfare pension system, is advantageous in terms of yield. However, in the latter half of the 1980s, welfare pension management reform was implemented, and the difference between the yields of both was
