| 内容記述 | 本稿では1985年に大きな改革が行われた農林漁業団体共済組合の具体的な改革の内容と、改革時の予測値と実績値を比較検討した。その結果、以下のことが明らかになった。1985年改革で給付水準は大きく抑制された。しかしながら一方で1990年代後半から農協で人員削減が行われたが、1994年の財政再計算には織り込まれなかった。また、従来農林年金は比較的自由な資産運用が可能であり、厚生年金と比べて利回りの点で有利であった。しかし1980年代後半に厚生年金の運用改革が行われ、両者の利回りの差は消滅した。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This research examines the 1985 reforms of the Mutual Aid Association for Agricultural, Forestry, and Fishery Organization Personnel (Agriculture and Forestry Pensions). Moreover, the predicted and actual values of the pension at the time of reform were compared. As a result, we clarified that the pension benefit level was greatly suppressed by the 1985 reform. However, from the latter half of the 1990s, staff reductions were made at agricultural cooperatives, but they were not included in fiscal recalculations in 1994. In addition, traditional Agriculture and Forestry Pensions are relatively free asset management arrangements, which compared to the welfare pension system, is advantageous in terms of yield. However, in the latter half of the 1980s, welfare pension management reform was implemented, and the difference between the yields of both was lost. | |||||||||||
