perspectives.\" and \"relying on others.\" However, if they encountered difficult circumstances again without having the opportunity to compensate for the \"lack of experience sharing\" or the \"lack of the ability to reflect\" due to the \"absence of someone to consult or who can be a support,\" they became exhausted mentally and physically, thus causing a vicious circle of \"negative
