The purpose of this study is to review the results of the analysis, look at the suggestions obtained from them and then propose future research topics. It focused on implicates of Korean and Japanese studies. Analyzed literatures are 11 Japanese volumes and 22 Korean volumes. As a result of the analysis, it became clear that Culture Competence includes 「comprehensive concepts」such as cultural awareness・cultural knowledge・cultural skill・cultural sensitivity, 「cooperative concepts」 like colleagues/bosses/organization・multicultural education・training related and 「growth concepts」that develops in a positive direction while overlapping experience of work. While Korean literature concentrates on foreign support, Japanese literature has been widely available to assist foreigners with disabilities and children. And the main theme of Japanese literature was 「education」 and 「practice」, but the main theme of Korean's was 「effect factors」 and 「scale development」 etc. Based on the results, it recommended for future
