| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は、日韓の社会福祉学分野の文献において、「カルチュラルコンピテンス」に関する概念がどのように取り上げられているかについて検討し、今後の研究課題を提言することである。対象は日本の文献11件、韓国の文献22件であった。分析の結果、カルチュラルコンピテンスは文化的認識・文化的知識・文化的技術・文化的センシティビティーなどの内容が含まれる「包括的概念」、同僚・上司・組織及び多文化教育や訓練に関連する「連携的な概念」、業務の経験が重なりつつ肯定的な方向に発展していく「成長的な概念」であることが明らかになった。また、日本の文献は障がい者・児童など支援対象がより広範であり、韓国の文献は外国人に関する論文に集中していた 。日本の文献の主な内容は「教育」や「実践」などであったが、韓国の文献には「影響を与える要因」や「尺度開発」などが見られた。この結果を踏まえて今後の研究のための提言を行った。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study examined the concept of "Cultural Competence" in relation to the literature in the field of social work studies. The purpose of this study is to review the results of the analysis, look at the suggestions obtained from them and then propose future research topics. It focused on implicates of Korean and Japanese studies. Analyzed literatures are 11 Japanese volumes and 22 Korean volumes. As a result of the analysis, it became clear that Culture Competence includes 「comprehensive concepts」such as cultural awareness・cultural knowledge・cultural skill・cultural sensitivity, 「cooperative concepts」 like colleagues/bosses/organization・multicultural education・training related and 「growth concepts」that develops in a positive direction while overlapping experience of work. While Korean literature concentrates on foreign support, Japanese literature has been widely available to assist foreigners with disabilities and children. And the main theme of Japanese literature was 「education」 and 「practice」, but the main theme of Korean's was 「effect factors」 and 「scale development」 etc. Based on the results, it recommended for future research. | |||||
