The core curriculum of teacher training course formulated in Nov. 2017 presents three viewpoints on a total target of study guidance method of extra-curricular activities --- 'formation of human relation', 'participation in society', and 'self-actualization'. I grasp these three viewpoints as 'relationship between self and other', 'relationship between self and society', and 'relationship between self and self', and we examine the concept of 'autonomous subject', 'collaboration', and 'recognizing each other's good points and personality, a variety of thoughts, concerning with the agreement formation equally, and playing one's part' (indicated in the government course guidelines, revised in 2017), referring 'The cooperation of Self and Other' asserted by Arinori Mori, the first Minister of Education in
