| 内容記述 | 本研究では、韓国の多文化家族支援センターで実施されている事業やプログラムを分析し、これらの特性を考察し、現在までの変遷を分析することで、多文化家族支援政策やサービスがどのように変化して発展してきたのか考察した。韓国女性家族部で多文化家族支援事業を実施した事業及びプログラムの変遷を見ると、初期の単純な事業およびプログラム領域区分が時間が経つほど領域が多様化しており、その領域別に細かい事業が多様に展開されていく過程が明らかになった。多文化家族のニーズによって事業が徐々に拡大し、細分化し発展してきたことが要因として挙げられる。 本研究の結果と意義に基づき、多文化家族支援センターや多文化家族支援サービスをさらに発展させるための提言を行った。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study focuses on analyzes the characteristics and characteristics of multicultural family support laws and systems, the delivery system, and the programs and programs implemented by the Multicultural Family Support Center, a multicultural family support service organization. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the multicultural family support policies and services have changed and developed. Looking at the changes in the programs and programs from 2010 to 2017, the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family in Korea proposed multicultural family support projects. In the early years, the division of business and program areas became more and more diverse as the years progressed. It is possible to find out that the business is gradually expanding and developing in accordance with the needs of multicultural families. On the basis of this, the results of this study suggested the implication, the multicultural family support center and the multicultural family support service. | |||||
