| 内容記述 | 本研究では，この魔鏡の伝統技能をデジタル化技術に取り込み，その新たな手法として5軸制御マシニングセンタを用い，加工物をワンチャックで，切削加工から研磨加工まで一貫して魔鏡を創製するプロセスを提案する．本報でははじめの試みとして，単純模様の創製を対象とし，ボールエンドミルとヘールバイトにより，創製した模様の断面形状を比較し，魔鏡としての性能を評価した．さらに，提案する手法による工程集約型加工への可能性を検討した．． | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, with the fabrication of the magic-mirror having the micro C2-continuous surface, it is difficult to hand down magic-mirror fabrication technology, due to downsizing of veteran engineers or even their successors. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to digitalize the magic-mirror fabrication technology using a CNC technology. In this report, we focused on the creation of a simple shape, compared the pattern shape created by the ball end mill and the heel bite, evaluated the curvature continuity of the pattern shape, and examined the influence on the magical plane. Furthermore, the possibility of process intensive processing by the proposed method was examined. | |||||||||||||||||
