In this case, a Zainichi Korean woman who has a South Korean nationality charged the company and its chairman with their racial harassment to her. First, I confirmed that the documents distributed frequently by the chairman to employees in a formal style, empowered by structural conformity of employees, create her work environment. Second, analyzing the discourse of the distributed documents, I proved that they essentialize the \"Koreans\" negatively and then attack the \"enemy\" under the binary opposition of friend-enemy (Carl Schmitt), which in effect create hostile work environment for her. Lastly, describing her life history and referring the civil rights laws in the U.S.A, I concluded that the act of the distribution of the documents constitutes racial
