| 内容記述 | 本稿では日本の児童虐待対応機関たる児童相談所と、台湾の家庭内暴力及性的侵害防止治療センターとを比較分析している。結果、日本では児童虐待を児童福祉の問題の一として、台湾では家庭内の暴力の一として位置付けていることがわかった。両国共通の課題としては地域機関との連携の困難が確認された。日本の課題としては業務の膨大さ、保護者以外からの虐待の見えにくさが、台湾の課題としては虐待の法的定義の曖昧さ、虐待死の把握が困難なことが確認された。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This research purpose is to compare with child guidance center in Japan with child protection institutions in Taiwan. As result, we found out following things. In Japan, child abuse is regarded as part of the welfare problem surrounding children. In Taiwan, child abuse is regarded as one of the violence that occurs in the home. And then, the following problems were confirmed. As a common problem, both of child guidance center in Japan and child protection institution in Taiwan have difficulties of working with other organizations. And there are two unique problems in each of the Japanese child guidance center and Taiwan child protection institution. | |||||||||||
