| 内容記述 | 中国近代教育史上、美育（美による教育）を中華民国の教育方針に取り入れ、美育をもって近代国家を作ろうとしたのが、民国初代の教育総長蔡元培であった。本論文では、蔡元培が北京大学総長を務めた1910年代から20年代までの時期において、彼の美育思想がいかなる形で継承され、そして実践の中で展開されていったのかを、彼が密接に携わっていた二つの美育団体―画法研究会と音楽研究会の活動に焦点をあてて、北京大学で発行した全校向けの新聞誌『北京大学日刊』を中心に、当時の美育運動の実態を明らかにした。1917年、蔡元培は画法研究会を設立し、1919年音楽研究会を発足した。彼の呼びかけと努力によって設立された画法研究会と音楽研究会は、美育に対する人々の理解を促したと同時に、両研究会の積極的な活動は、美育の全国への普及をも促進したのである。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | As early as the 20th century, the development of modernization was a major concern for most Chinese intellectuals. When Cai Yuan-pei served as the first Minister of Education in the Republic of China, he actively promoted Aesthetic Education, and his idea of "saving the nation through Aesthetic Education" deeply impacted the Chinese education modernization. During his time as president of Peking University, Cai Yuan-pei organized two Aesthetic Education Groups, which were called Drawing Group and Music Group, in order to formulate his aesthetic ideal. This paper attempts to clarify the two groups’ activities based on information culled from the "Peking University Daily". The "Peking University Daily" existed from 1917 until 1932, and was the main newspaper for all students, faculty members and staff. From the "Daily", we can get a clear idea of the Aesthetic Education happening at the beginning of the 20th century. | |||||
