| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は，コロラド州デンバー学区における学区教員組合の構造と機能を明らかにすることにある。構造面に関して明らかになったことは，第一に，学区教員組合の組織は階層構造を成しており，第二に主要機関は団体交渉チーム，役員会，代表理事会であった。機能面については，第一に，諸会議の有機的結合が団体交渉に関する情報を組合員へ提供し，組合員の不満要求を吸い上げ，第二に組合員の投票権が協約締結機能を有していた。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to clarify the structure and function of DCTA, a teachers association in Denver, based on a case study of Denver County, Colorado in the U.S. The major findings about the structure are as follows. First, the DCTA organizational hierarchy is composed of various members. Secondly, the main bodies in the DCTA are the bargaining team, board of directors and representative council. For the functional aspect, firstly, the organic relationship between various meetings has the function that share the information about collective bargaining with DCTA members and receive the grievances and demands from them. Secondly, DCTA members have the function that reaches the final agreement. | |||||||||||
