| 内容記述 | 本稿では2012年に発覚したAIJ投資顧問事件とそれに伴う厚生年金基金の廃止に至る一連の過程について、私的諮問機関や審議会の部会、さらには当時の政権党であった民主党の動きを検討した。その結果、私的諮問機関では基金は存続させるという意見が主流であったのに対し、民主党のワーキングチームや社会保障制度審議会年金部会に設置された委員会は基金を廃止すべきという立場であり、結果的に後者の政策が実現された。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In this paper, the AIJ investment advisory incident in 2012 and the subsequent abolition of the employees' pension fund (Kousei Nenkin Kikin) is questioned by analyzing the private advisory body, the council subcommittee, and the ruling Democratic Party at the time. The results show that the private advisory body believed the employees' pension fund must be continued, while the Democratic Party and the council subcommittee argued that the employees' pension fund should be abolished. The latter opinion was realized. | |||||||||||
