| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は，バーゼル銀行監督委員会(BCBS)により公表されたD-SIBsの選定方法における各項目のウェイトを客観的に評価した上で，D-SIBsとなり得る銀行を選定することである。本稿の実証分析の結果は、D-SIBs規制を運営するにあたり、規制監督者はファインチューニングを行いD-SIBs規制対象行を網羅的に選定し規制するのか，あるいは規制対象行の多少の抽出漏れは無視したとしてもルールに基づく安定的な選定と規制を図るのかという選択を強いられる可能性を示唆している。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper evaluates the selecting method of domestic systemically important banks (D-SIBs) published by Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) and selects banks which can become systemically important banks. This empirical analysis finds that when supervisors operate D-SIBs regulation, they must select and regulate D-SIBs by controlling fine tuning this regulation or even if they neglect a part of D-SIBs, must select and regulate D-SIBs based on the rule of Basel III. | |||||
