We checked their content and construct validity and evaluated them from the standpoint of the correct statistical procedure. As a result, such statistical procedure was only SIQ in the four scales. But it has been estimated that there is impossible to directly apply to the elderly. Therefore what is needed for a suggestion of preventive intervention is to develop a proper suicidal ideation scale of the elderly which is focused on scaling suicidal ideation and find its true
