| 内容記述 | 本研究は，自殺念慮測定尺度を使用している学術論文に着目し，それらを統計学的な観点から批判的に論評することを目的とした。そのことに資する学術論文は，データベース「CiNii」と「Pubmed」から抽出した。抽出できた10件の学術論文で用いられていた3種類の自殺念慮測定尺度を批判的論評の最終的な検討材料とした。それら3種類の自殺念慮測定尺度に対し，測定尺度の内容的妥当性と構成概念妥当性を，適切な統計学的手法が採用されているか否かの観点から吟味した。その結果，統計学的に適切な解析方法を用いて検討されていた自殺念慮測定尺度はSIQのみであったが，その尺度は高齢者にそのまま適用するには無理があるものと推察された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this critical review is to statistically review both domestic and foreign studies which use suicidal ideation scales. We gathered 11 studies from database of "CiNii" and "Pubmed", and eventually received three suicidal ideation scales from them. We checked their content and construct validity and evaluated them from the standpoint of the correct statistical procedure. As a result, such statistical procedure was only SIQ in the four scales. But it has been estimated that there is impossible to directly apply to the elderly. Therefore what is needed for a suggestion of preventive intervention is to develop a proper suicidal ideation scale of the elderly which is focused on scaling suicidal ideation and find its true factors. | |||||
