Por medio de la encuesta buscaremos la valoración cuantitativa para saber el futuro tanto de la reforma institucional como de la comunidad salvadoreña del exterior, teniendo en cuenta las demandas y discusiones de los activistas de ONG que buscan la plena reivindicación de los derechos civiles, y estudiando el alcance del nuevo sistema para el ejercicio del voto desde el
