 note = {大阪市でも2000年代に入って,それまで減少傾向にあった都心部の人口の再増加が顕著になってきた。我々はそうした人口動向が顕著な都心地区のひとつで,住民を対象とする質問紙調査を実施し,新旧住民の社会的背景,都心居住の実態,近隣関係,町会の加入・参加状況,コミュニティ意識などを尋ねた。その結果,近年流入した住宅所有層は,地付層に比べて所得階層が高く,階層上昇が起こっていることが示唆された。また,新規定着層は定住志向が強く,コミュニティ志向もそれなりにあるが,町会への参加は低調であることが明らかになった。, Since the early 2000s, the population of the core area in Osaka city has increased at a great rate. We took a questionnaire survey of residents living in a district in the core area of the city. In the result of our survey, we point out some current status of the local community under the re-urbanization. First, the social status of new condominium owners are higher than these of old residents. Second, most of new condominium owners hope residing permanently and want to participate the local community. However, they do not participate the activities of neighborhood association.
