| 内容記述 | 道州制の議論をさらに進めるためには、道州制の経済に及ぼす効果や中央政府と地方の役割分担に関する政策と道州制の関係について理解を深める必要がある。本稿は、道州制を実現するための国と地方の役割分担が、どのような内容であるのかについてのアンケート調査を用いて分析する。その結果、国と地方の役割を明確にした上で、地方のことは地方にまかせると思う人ほど道州制の実現に賛成する傾向があることが明らかにされた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In order to advance further the argument for the "Doshu" system, it is necessary to have a deeper understanding of both the effects of the "Doshu" system on the economy and the relationship between the "Doshu" system and the policy on the division of roles. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the division of roles between central government and local governments using a questionnaire. The results show that those who think that the system leaves local matters to local governments after clarifying the roles of central government and local governments tend to approve of the "Doshu" system. | |||||
