| 内容記述 | 本論文は,韓国の高齢者自殺予防事業に関する示唆を得ることによって,韓国の高齢者の自殺予防事業の問題を明らかにすることを目的とし,自殺予防事業機関の担当者へのインタビュー調査を行った。質的分析の結果,5つの概念的カテゴリーが抽出された。さらにそれらを高齢者の自殺予防事業の構造的問題と機能的問題に分類して検討を行った。まず,高齢者の自殺予防事業の構造的問題として,《インフラの不足》《自殺予防支援体系の問題》《財政的支援》が,機能的問題として,《情報共有》《高齢者自殺の原因に関する見解の相違》が明らかになった。以上の結果から,今後の韓国の高齢者自殺予防事業の改善のためには,上記の高齢者の自殺予防事業の構造的問題と機能的問題を積極的に解消することの必要性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This article deals with Elderly Suicide Prevention Service in Korea. It aims at revealing various problems regarding the service by interviewing with institution for suicide prevention. As a consequence of the interview, the problems can be categorized into five concepts. Moreover, those five categories are divided into two groups: structural and functional problems concerning the service. The former,structural problems,includes poor infrastructure,problems in the support system of suicide prevention and financial aid. The latter, functional problems, includes information sharing and a difference of views on the causes of elderly suicide. As a conclusion, the article claims that solving these structural and functional problems is crucial for the improvement of Elderly Suicide Prevention Service in Korea. | |||||
