Through learning about the Constitution in junior high school, it is essential to understand \"principle of limiting a state power\" based on \"respect for individuals\", and \"public welfare\" to limit human rights. Also, it is vital to study the significance of the Constitutional basic principle through the case of the government vs. private actors. In social studies, junior high school teachers tend to explain the provisions of the Constitution because of the problems in curriculum. Hence, using the class in \"morals\" being familiar with \"social studies\" class, I developed the units crossing \"morals\" and \"social studies\" based on characteristics of each subject
