| 内容記述 | 本稿でフィールドとした京都市崇仁学区は当該期には京都最大の「不良住宅地区」であった。崇仁学区の貧困者の比率は京都市内随一で、京都市も託児所・職業紹介所など様々な社会事業施設を配備して地区改良事業を重点的に行っていた。学区内には部落改善運動や融和運動の系譜もあり、地域の自主的な運営がかなり強固に存在していた。しかし当該期に東七条水平社など運動が勃興すると、既存の社会事業行政や地域秩序ではこれを抑止できず、新たな事業や対策が必要とされた。本稿はその都市社会政策の再編成の過程と地域社会の関係を明らかにした。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The kyoto city Sujin school district made into the field in this paper was a "deteriorated residential area" of the maximum [ term / concerned ] in Kyoto. The ratio of the poor and needy of the Sujin school district was Kyoto city No.1, Kyoto arranged various social work institutions, such as a day nursery and an employment agency, and it was undertaking the area improvement enterprise preponderantly. The genealogy of Buraku improvement enterprise or reconciliation movement is also in a school district, and independent management of the area existed quite firmly. However, when movements, such as an Higashi Sitijyo Suiheisha , rose at the term concerned, in existing social work administration and local order, this could not be deterred but a new enterprise and measure were needed. This paper clarified the process of reorganization of the urban society policy, and the relation of the community. | |||||||||||
