| 内容記述 | 本稿は,信用格付機関(CRA)に擬似的なCDS(クレジット・デフォルト・スワップ)の契約が義務付けた格付規制を導入するという新たな格付規制制度の設計を行った。当該研究領域において,本稿は,格付規制に擬似的なCDSを導入することによって,そのようなCRAによる金融市場への悪影響を低減あるいは解消することを試みているという点において貢献していると言える。また,この点が本稿の特徴でもある。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper designed the new rating regulatory systems that I introduced the rating regulation that a contract of pseudo CDS(Credit Default Swap) obliged credit rating organization (CRA). In this research area, this paper contributes in a point to try reduction or that it dissolves by adverse effects to the money market by such CRA by introducing pseudo CDS into rating regulation. In addition, this point is a characteristic of this report. | |||||
