Although her left hand presented slight claw hand deformity and both motor and sensory ulnar nerve conduction between her left upper arm and forearm decreased, \"Tinel like sign\" at the cubital tunnel area could not be detected. To exam the cause of her ulnar nerve palsy, inspection of her rifle shooting performance was performed. From the result of inspection, we speculated that ulnar nerve impingement between dorsal side of her left upper arm and her left knee at the kneeling shooting position would be the cause. She changed her kneeling shooting form not to impinge her ulnar nerve and resulted in improvement of her symptom in four weeks. It would be difficult for general clinician to diagnose rare sports injury occurred in minor athletic event, inspection of the sports performance would be useful to detect the cause of the
