There are two kinds of family precepts in Sugiura family. One is \"Jomoku″(「定目」),and the other is \"Kanai-no-Sadame\"(「家内之定」) \"Kagyo-no-Sadame″(「家業之定」). \"Jomoku\" was written by Sugiura, SaburobeIII(Souyu;1702-44),and \"Kanai-no-Sadame\"\"Kagyo-no-Sadame\"were written by Sugiura,SaburobeIV(Souchu;1733-1809). These precepts were intoroduced by OKA,Mitsuo(1967),MIYAMOTO,Mataji(1979 ) and FUJITA,Akinori(1984), but there were some diffrences among them. The purpose of this paper is to clear the reason of the
