review","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_1_description_12":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"平成の大合併が進むなかで、「合併後に周辺部が衰退するのではないか」との声を受け、地域自治組織が制度化された。合併の潮流が終息した現在、合併前から先駆的なまちづくり活動で知られていたところは、合併後に地域自治組織を設置した場合にはどのような状況にあるのか。こうした問題関心に基づき、本稿では合併自治体における地域自治区制度の検証を進める。本稿ではとりわけ、合併前に熱心にまちづくり活動に取り組んできた足助町を取り上げる。足助町はこれまで、住民主導・行政主導・協働という3つのかたちでまちづくり活動を展開してきた経緯がある。もっとも、2005年4月には豊田市と合併し、合併後の現在は足助地域自治区へと移行している。本稿では地域自治区制度の中核ともいえる地域協議会に焦点を当て、足助地域会議(地域協議会に相当する)の活動実態について検証を試みた。その結果、合併前から取り組まれてきた協働のまちづくりに関し、合併後の現在は足助地域会議が新たな担い手として活動展開している実態が把握された。具体的には、「シャングリラ足助」の中心的な担い手となり、また「地域予算提案事業」を活かして事業提案に取り組んでいるのである。こうした豊田市の地域自治区制度および足助地域会議の実態をふまえ、今後の研究では比較・考察を視野に入れ、地域自治組織に関するさらなる研究を継続していきたい。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_1_description_13":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究ノート・資料(Note)","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_description_25":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.14988/pa.2017.0000013090","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_1_publisher_15":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"同志社大学政策学会","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_1_relation_24":{"attribute_name":"関連サイト","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_name":[{"subitem_relation_name_language":"ja","subitem_relation_name_text":"掲載刊行物所蔵情報へのリンク
