But, there are not enough framework and information to their job hunting after finishing their study. To improve this situation and support to them, We, Doshisha University carried out a research about international students who will finish their under-graduate and graduate studies at March 2012. We analyzed the result from three view points, which are the social support, various activity experiences and the detail of their job hunting, after divided into three groups regarding to their job hunting experiences and those results. We found a tendency that the student group who could decide their jobs, have various experiences such as variety of human relations, involvements to after school activities and local communities, and job hunting activities similar to how Japanese students do. At the same time, we clearly found the necessity of education and support program to improve their autonomous
